The Splitsville Waterloo renovation project highlights Terco Construction Ltd.’s ability to deliver large-scale, high-complexity renovations in operational environments. This project transformed a 30,000 sqft entertainment complex, including 24 bowling lanes, arcade and mini-golf areas, a full-service bar, and back-of-house facilities.
Our primary goal for this project was to complete all work within 6 months and remain within the client’s budget. Through value engineering, we successfully identified cost-saving measures and innovative solutions to help the client maximize their investment without compromising quality or functionality. This aligns closely with the requirements of RFPQ-1756-24, showcasing our ability to deliver tenant-focused renovations under strict schedules and budgets.
